Sažetak

Prisutnost boje na slobodnim površinama tiskovne forme često dovodi do pojave toniranja. Navedena pojava može biti uzrokovana različitim uvjetima tiska, posebice disbalansom odnosa voda-boja odnosno otopina za vlaženje-boja. Toniranje se na otisku ustanovljava vizualnom kontrolom, a prepoznaje se tako da otisak u jednom trenutku za vrijeme tiska počinje poprimati neku od korištenih boja u tisku. Nastalo obojenje se postepeno širi i ukoliko se pogreška pravovremeno ne ukloni može doći do prekrivanja cijelog otiska. U ovom radu ispituje se vremenska dinamika pojave toniranja te se pokušavaju defi nirati pretpostavke pravovremene automatizirane detekcije. Za analizu su odabrani dijelovi araka s postepenim pojavljivanjem toniranja te su kao uzorci digitalizirani skeniranjem. Na dobivenim digitalnim zapisima obavila se analiza pomoću programa ImageJ, a statistička obrada podataka i prikaz grafova ostvaren je pomoću aplikacije Origin 8.5.0.

Abstract

Th e presence of color on the free surfaces of plates can lead to the phenomenon of toning. Th e above phenomenon can be caused by various conditions of the press, particularly with the water-color or wetting solution-color imbalance. Toning on the imprint is established by visual control, and is identifi ed when the print at one point during the press begins to take on some of the colors used in printing. Th e resulting coloration gradually expands and if the error is not corrected in a timely manner, it may result in covering the entire print. Th is paper examines the time dynamics of the toning phenomena and tries to defi ne the preconditions of the timely automated detection. Parts of sheets with the gradual toning phenomenon were selected for the analysis and then digitized by scanning as samples. Th e analysis using ImageJ was conducted on the obtained digital records. Th e statistical data processing and graph display were realized using the application Origin 8.5.0.
