Blizanci boja u vizualnom i infracrvenom spektru

Sažetak

Generiranje blizanaca iznimno je važan korak kod CMYKIR tehnologije. Eksperimentalno je razvijen postupak za stvaranje bojila gdje su različiti udjeli procesnih CMYK komponenti, ali se postiže isti ton boje. U vizuelom dijelu 400-700 nm spektrofotometarske krivulje promatranih boja su jednake, dok se u proširenom području bliskog infracrvenog spektra razlikuju. Razlika apsorpcije u NIR dijelu spektra promatra se i verificira namjenskom Z-NIR kamerom. Najveća razlika kod apsorpcije dvojnih boja-blizanaca je kod 850 nm. Područje spektra između 700 i 850 nm naziva se Z1 domena, gdje se iskazuje međusobno razdvajanje. Razlika između Z blizanaca bojila određuje se na 1000nm. Za kontrolirano miješanje bojila sa ciljem postizanja slike nevidljive u vidljivom dijelu spectra razvijeni su namjenski algoritmi. Primjena ovog postupka proširuje metodu sigurnosne grafike i dvojne slike na široku paletu materijala kao što su koža, polipropilen, papir. U radu su prikazani rezultati za zeleno bojilo za najveće zasićenje za ograničenje po CMYKIR metodi.

Twin colors in visual and infrared spectrum

Abstract

Twin colors generating is crucial step at CMYKIR technology. Procedure for originating dyes with different portions of process CMYK components, but achieving the same hue, is experimentally developed. Absorption difference in NIR part of the spectrum is observed and verified via dedicated Z-NIR camera. The largest absorption difference of twin dyes occurs at 850 nm. Spectral area between 700 and 850 nm is called Z1 domain, where mutual differentiation is rendered. Difference between Z-twins is defined at 1000 nm. For controlled dyes mixing with aim of achieving images non visible in visual spectrum dedicated algorithms are developed. Application of this procedure broadens method of secure graphics and dual images on wide palette of materials such as leather, polypropylene, paper. Work presents results for green dye wit outmost saturation, with abridgement according CMYKIR method.
