Sažetak

U ovom radu cilj istraživanja su metode 3D modeliranja pomoću sustava za virtualnu stvarnost, u aplikaciji koja korisnika stavlja u virtualno okruženje pomoću sistema HTC Vive. U istraživanju je korištena aplikacija „Kodon“, u kojem su istražene opcije za izradu i manipulaciju objektima. Iste uključuju „sculpt“ metode manipulacije 3D objektom, direktno prostorno podešavanje pojedinačnih poligona, kao i odabir vizualnog prikaza materijala. Izrađeni trodimenzionalni model pohranjen je kao .obj datoteka, te ga je kao takvog moguće ispisati na 3D printeru. Tehnologija 3D ispisa posljednjih se godina sve više razvija, ne samo u tehnološkom već i u softverskom aspektu modeliranja 3D grafike. Softvera za modeliranje na tržištu ima mnogo, a neki od njih su 3ds Max, Blender i Maya koji funkcioniraju na principu manipulacije trodimenzionalnim objektima na dvodimenzionalnom zaslonu pomoću programskog sučelja.

MODELING OF 3D OBJECTS IN VIRTUAL REALITY FOR 3D PRINTING

Abstract

The research purpose in this paper are the methods of 3D modeling with a virtual reality system, using an application which sets the user in a virtual environment with the help of the HTC Vive system. The “Kodon” application has been used in this research, primarily its object developing and manipulating options. These include “sculpt” methods of 3D object manipulation, direct spatial adjustment of individual polygons, as well as the visual material representation. Created three-dimensional object was save as an .obj file, which enables its physical creation using a 3D printer3D printing technology has been rapidly advancing in the last few years, not only within its technological aspects, but also its 3D modeling software capabilities. The market offers a plethora of modeling software choices, including, but not limited to 3ds Max, Blender and Maya, which offer the capability of manipulating a three-dimensional object on a two-dimensional screen, by using each individual program’s interfaces..

Patrik Ervells latest collection is ironically titled “Software”ADIDAS ORIGINALS TUBULAR SHADOW.
