Sažetak

Polimerna nanotehnologija je široko interdisciplinarno područje istraživanja, razvoja i industrijske aktivnosti koja uključuje dizajn, proizvodnju, obradu i primenu polimernih materijala ispunjenih česticama koje imaju jednu ili više dimenzija od oko 100 nm ili manjih. Veliki potencijal ove nove tehnologije da otvori put za razvoj materijala visokih performansi je privukao pažnju istraživačima fizike, hemije, biologije kao i inženjerskih disciplina. Polimerna nanotehnologija ambalažnih materijala se razvija u cilju poboljšanja barijernih svojstava koja se odnose na selektivnu propustivost gasova kao što su kiseonik, ugljen dioksid i drugi. Cilj je i poboljšanju barijernih svojstava na ultraljubičaste zrake, kao i povećanje čvrstoće, krutosti, dimenzione stabilnosti, otpornosti na toplotu i sl. Ambalažni materijali se nanotehnologijom usavršavaju sa sigurnosne tačke gledišta i načina proizvodnje, sa dobrim balansom cena/performanse. Očekuje se da će nova polimerna nanotehnologija ambalaže za namirnice biti veoma atraktivna za različite primene. Rad predstavlja analizu razvoja ambalažnih materijala, isticanjem funkcija modernih ambalažnih bio-nanokompozitnih materijala ambalaže za namirnice. Cilj istraživanja je pregled stanja u oblasti znanja o nanotehnologiji materijala ambalaže za namirnice.

MODERN PACKAGING NANO MATERIALS

Abstract

Polymer Nanotechnology is a broad interdisciplinary area of research, development and industrial activities, which includes design, production, processing and application of polymeric materials filled with particles that have one or more dimensions are about 100 nm or less. The great potential of this new technology is to pave the way for the development of high-performance materials has attracted the attention of researchers in physics, chemistry, biology and engineering disciplines. Polymer Nanotechnology packaging materials are being developed to improve the barrier properties relating to gases such as oxygen, carbon dioxide and others. The aim is to increase the barrier properties against ultraviolet rays, as well as increased strength, stiffness, dimensional stability, heat resistance, etc. Improving with the security point of view and production, with a good balance of price/performance. New polymer nanotechnology for food packaging will be very attractive for various applications. This paper presents an analysis of the development of packaging materials, emphasising the function of modern bio-nanocomposite packaging materials for food packaging. The aim of the research is to review the state of knowledge in the field of nanotechnology materials for food packaging.
