UNAPREĐENJE PROCESA PROIZVODNJE GRAFIČKE AMBALAŽE ZA TEČNU HRANU

Sažetak

U radu su prikazana istraživanja procesa proizvodnje grafičke ambalaže za tečnu hranu, sa specifičnostima grafičke ambalaže i pojedinih faza njene proizvodnje. Analizirane su najbitnije faze grafičke proizvodnje u cilju sagledavanja nedostataka. Nakon analize dat je predlog unapređenja procesa proizvodnje sa čime se značajno unapređuje kvalitet ambalaže za tečnu hranu kroz predlog implementacije različitih uređaja i dostupnih tehnologija. U radu se daju prikazi, mogućnosti, prednosti i načini implementacije i sudelovanja TwinLock slivova, Flat Top Dot tehnologije proizvodnje štamparskih formi, uređaja za automatsko merenje viskoziteta boje, RFID čipova, kao i njihov uticaj na celokupan proces proizvodnje i njegovo unapređenje uz poseban osvrt na implementaciju RFID čipova na različite načine, na različitim mestima zarad dobijanja podataka, statističke kontrole procesa, pomoći u praćenju, izvršavanju i ubrzavanju izvođenja različitih zadataka koji su sastavni deo proizvodnog procesa.

IMPROVEMENT OF PRODUCTION PROCESS OF GRAPHIC PACKAGING FOR LIQUID FOOD

Abstract

This paper presents the research on the production process of liquid food graphic packaging, with specific graphic packaging traits and certain phases of production. The most important phases of graphic production were analysed to get an overview of the deficiencies. After the analysis, the proposal of improvements for the production process, which will significantly improve the quality of liquid food packaging through the implementation of various devices and available technologies was given. The paper gives overview, capabilities, advantages and means of implementation and combination of Twin Lock sleeves, Flat Top Dot plate making technology, devices for automatic measurement of ink viscosity, RFID tags, as well as their influence on the production process as a whole and its improvement, with special regards to RFID tags implementation using different means, in different places for data collection, statistics of process control, aid in monitoring, executing and acceleration of conducting various tasks which the production process consists of.
