Ispitivanje postojanosti otiska na trljanje u sito štampi

Sažetak

Cilј rada je ispitati postojanost i promenu otiska štampanog tehnikom sito štampe na tekstilu pod uticajem dejstva trlјanja u odnosu na početno stanje. Kao promenjivi parametri uzeti su vrsta tekstila, deblјina nanosa i vrsta boje. Različita debljina nanosa boje je postignuta korišćenjem 3 sita različite gustine tkanja: 43 niti/cm, 77 niti/cm i 120 niti/cm, a u ispitivanju su korišćene Texiplast i Sericol boje. 18 testnih uzoraka štampanih Sericol bojom dimenzija 10 cm x 4 cm se izlažu trljanju u 4 serije po 50 trljanja, dok se drugih 18 testnih uzoraka štampanih Texiplast bojom izlažu trljanju u 6 serija, i to 4 serije po 25 trljanja i 2 serije po 50 trljanja kako bi kod obe boje bilo ukupno 200 trljanja. Odabrane su serije sa različitim brojem trljanja jer je prilikom probnog trljanja vizuelnim opažajem utvrđeno da trljanje u većoj meri utiče na otisak štampan Texiplast bojom. Promena razlike u boji merila se nakon svakog ciklusa izlaganja trlјanju.

Rubbing fastness properties of screen printed samples

Abstract

This paper aims to examine rub fastness and changes of the prints made on textile substrate, using screen printing process. Factors taken in to consideration are the textile material characteristic, ink type and ink deposition volume. In order to achieve different ink deposition volumes printing screens of 43 th/cm, 77 th/cm i 120 th/cm were used. Sericol and Texiplast inks were used to produce 36 (10 cm x 4 cm) samples, 18 by each ink. Sericol samples were submitted to 4 series of 50 strokes, while Texiplast samples were submitted to 4 series of 25 strokes and 2 series of 50 strokes. Different stroke repetitions for Sericol and Texiplast samples was chosen as the Texiplast samples have significantly lower rub fastness and samples were destroyed after certain number of strokes. Colorimetric measurements of the samples were taken after each series of rubbing and color difference was calculated accordingly.
