Sažetak

Rad prezentuje koncept personalizovane simulacije poremećaja viđenja boja koji se zasniva na empirijski potvrđenim metodama dihromatske simulacije i standardnoj dijagnostici pomoću izohromatskih tablica. Polazne parametre personalizovane simulacije predstavljaju individualne pozicije RGB primara svakog korisnika sa poremećajem viđenja boja pojedinačno koje se određuju novodefinisanim digitalnim kalibracionim testom. Utvrđene pozicije RGB primara se koriste za definisanje matrice konverzije početnih RGB vrednosti u simulirane i generisanje personalizovanog ICC RGB profila. Predložena simulacija omogućava egzaktniji uvid u percepciju korisnika sa PVB u poređenju sa generičkim metodama simulacije.

Personalised simulation of colour vision deficiency

Abstract

The manuscript presents the concept for personalised simulation of colour vision deficiency based on empirically validated methods of dichromatic simulation and standard diagnostics using isochromatic plates. The input parameters of the personalised simulation are positions of RGB primaries for each user with colour vision deficiency obtained by the newly defined digital calibration test. Identified positions of RGB primaries are, then, used for defining matrix for converting initial RGB values to simulated ones and creating personalised ICC RGB profile. The suggested simulation provides more accurate insight into the perception of colour-defective observers compared to existing generic simulations.
