Dualnost u dizajniranju proizvoda od kože

Ključne riječi: dizajn ne koži, infrared tehnologija, ZRGB kamera, dvostruka slika Nova metoda dizajniranja kožnih proizvoda koristi osnovne postavke Infraredesign teorije. Dizajniranju lica kože za izradu cipela, torbica i remena pristupa se s unaprijed zadanim dvostrukim dizajnom. Jedan dizajn je vidljiv očima promatrača na dnevnom svjetlu, a drugi u bliskom infracrvenom spektru. Primjena dualnosti na koži uključuje poznavanje i kontrolu specifičnih svojstava različitih vrsta kožnih materijala kao što su kolorimetrijske karakteristike i svojstva lica kože, ovisno o provođenju dogotovnih tehnoloških operacija obrade kože. Razvoj ove metode odvijao se kroz dualna mjerenja na različitim vrstama prirodne kože i u različitim fazama tehnološkog procesa njene dorade od bojanja i mašćenja do dogotove lica kože. Primjenom razvijene metode dizajniranja lica kože moguće je postići željeni cilj ugradnje dirigirane nevidljive informacije u vidljivu sliku na kožnim predmetima, koja se otkriva jednostavnom bliskom infracrvenom detekcijom. To je način na koji se proizvod izrađen od kože može potpuno inovativno brendirati, dizajnirati, individualizirati, pa i zaštititi. Pored definiranja potpune individualnosti, odnosno unikatnosti kožnih proizvoda razvijena metoda dualnosti stavlja zaštitu brenda ovih proizvoda na najveću razinu. Kombinacijom para vidljivo – nevidljivo postavljaju se i potpuno nove marketinške mogućnosti za svaki kožni proizvod. Preko kamera ili fotoaparata s ugrađenom mogućnošću promatranja bliskog infracrvenog spektra dualnost je moguće lako detektirati.

Duality in designing leather products

Application of duality on leather includes the knowledge and control of specific characteristics of different leather materials such as colorimetric characteristics and leather upper side characteristics, depending on carrying out semi-finishing leather processing technological operations. The development of this method has been carried out through dual measurements on various types of natural leather and in various technological process phases, its finishing from dyeing and greasing to the semi-finished upper leather stage. By applying the developed method of designing the upper leather side, it is possible to reach the desired goal of incorporating controlled invisible information into the visible image on leather products that is revealed by simple near infrared detection. In this manner a product made of leather can be branded, designed, individualized and even protected in a fully innovative way. Besides setting full individuality, i.e. uniqueness of leather products, the developed duality method provides top level brand protection. Completely new marketing possibilities are set for each leather product by combining the visible/invisible pair. It is easy to detect duality with the help of cameras with built-in feature of observing the near infrared specter.

Patrik Ervells latest collection is ironically titled “Software”ADIDAS ORIGINALS TUBULAR SHADOW.
