Automatizam grafičke proizvodnje simulacijskim modeliranjem

Računalna tehnologija integracijom tiskarstva, postavlja nove standarde organizacijskih pristupa upravljanja radnim tijekovima. Optimalnim planiranjem definiraju se radni hodogrami s promjenjivim elementima JDF radnih lista. Slijed povezanih naredbi oblikuje ulazne podatke tiskovine u radne protokole resursnih čvorova. Primjenom orijentiranih simulacijskih programa osigurani su preduvjeti za izračune novih parametara promjenjivih varijabli. Mrežna baza podataka unaprjeđuje postupke automatizacije radnih procesa grafičke produkcije primjenom hijerarhijskog upravljanja. Istražuju se metode i načini praćenja i mjerenja rentabilnosti grafičke produkcije. Određuju se novi simulacijski pristupi i odabiri onih produkcijskih načina koji integriraju JDF radne liste s instaliranim resursnim zglobovima. Predlažu se novo definirani parametri i uvjeti grafičke produkcije koji su primjenjivi u realnim radnim procesima. Modeliranjem sustava uspostavljaju se norme proizvodnih varijabli kao i kontrola umjerenih vrijednosti tiska i grafičke dorade. Simuliraju se granične vrijednosti tiska s mogućnošću distribucije istog prema odjelima dorade i načina prerade otisnutih knjižnih araka. Izvode se metode kontrole i nadzora nad radnom dokumentacijom s analizom hijerarhijskog pristupa i načinom distribucija podataka. Područja modeliranja i uporaba simulacijskih varijabli predstavlja zaokret u prilagodljivosti tržišnih zahtijeva kao i otklanjanju kritičnih mjesta zagušenja proizvodnih procesa. Izvedeni su optimalni proizvodni tijekovi, te su osigurani preduvjeti za produkciju onih tiskovina koje u klasičnom načinu rukovođenja nisu bile realne.

Graphic production automatism with the help of simulation methods

With typography integration computer technology sets new standards of organization approach to work flow control. With optimal planning working job flow sheets are set with adjustable elements of JDF working lists. The sequence of connected orders models the input data for the printed matter into resource control point job protocols. Postulates for calculations of adjustable variable new parameters are provided by applying oriented simulation programs. The network database improves automation procedures of graphic production working processes by applying hierarchical control. Methods and the manner of controlling and measuring graphic production profitability are researched. New simulation approaches are set and choices of those production principles that integrate IDF working lists with installed resource joints. Newly set parameters are proposed and graphic production conditions that are applied in real life work processes. By system modelling production variable standards are set as well as the control of moderate printing and graphic post-press values. Borderline printing values are simulated with the possibility of distribution towards post-press sections and the manner of processing printed book sheets. Methods are carried out for work documentation control and supervision with the analysis of the hierarchical approach and manner of data distribution. Modeling areas and use of simulation variables represents a turning point in the adaptability of market requirements as well as in eliminating critical points when there are bottlenecks in production processes. Optimal production flows are carried out and the pre-requirements have been provided for the production of printed matter that had not been possible in real life with classical control methods.
