Individualizirano učenje u e-sustavima

Moodle je vodeći sistem e-učenja otvorenog tipa. On omogućuje profesorima da na jednostavan način kreiraju kompleksne i fleksibilne web materijale za svoje kolegije. Kolegij se može sastojati od različitih tipova lekcija koje uključuju materijale namijenje čitanju, kvizove i testove, ankete, projekte, ali i socijalne elemente koji ohrabruju na interakciju i grupni rad između studenata. Uz pomoć Moodle-a unaprijeđuje se način učenja jer se jednostavno koristi iako je važno definirati jasan cilj kolegija. Posebnu pažnju treba posvetiti izradi materijala i ustanoviti proces učenja te odabrati najbolji način za izvedbu. Uspoređujući dosadašnji način izvođenja vježbi bez i sa Moodle-om, primijećuje se veća angažiranost studenata, više vremena za individualan rad sa studentima vezan za riješavanje specifičnih problema, mogućnost za izvođenje vježbi prema individualnim potrebama te sveukupno bolje rezultate cjelokupnog kolegija.

Individualized learning in e-systems

Moodle is the leading system in the open type e-learning. It allows the teachers to create complex and flexible web material for their courses in a simple way. Courses may consist of various types of lessons that incorporate materials meant for reading, quizzes and tests, polls, projects, and also social elements that encourage interaction and group work among students. The manner of learning is improved with Moodle because it is used in a simple way, but it is of great importance to set a clear target for the course. Special attention should be paid to material production and determine the process of learning, and also to choose the best manner of execution. When comparing the way of carrying out the exercises with and without Moodle, greater involvement of the students is noticed, there is more time for individual work with the students linked with resolving specific problems, the possibility for carrying out exercises according to individual needs and overall better results of the whole course.
