Vizualne i NIR grafike na prozirnoj savitljivoj ambalaži Visual and NIR graphics on transparent flexible packaging Martina Friščić, Ivana Žiljak Stanimirović, Vilko Žiljak Sažetak Do današnjeg dana, zaštita se razmatrala kao tehnološki postupak. S primjenom IR tehnologije moguće je ugraditi novi dizajn u vidljivom te posebno u bliskom IR spektru do 1000 nm. Tehnologija fl eksotiska je specifi čna jer koristi tekuća bojila i polimerni prozirni materijali. Postiže se dvostruka slika tj. dvostruka informacija. Moguće su bezbroj kombinacija vidljive i IR slike. Eksperimenti su izvedeni za vitalne grafi ke na ambalaži. QR code i linijski code mogu biti otisnuti jedan preko drugog. Vidljivi i IR codovi, različiti, nalaze se na istom mjestu. Svaki se zasebno čita sa vizualnom RGB kamerom te sa NIR Z kamerom. Svaki kod ima svoju individualiziranu informaciju. Prezentiramo vizualne i NIR grafi ke na prozirnoj savitljivoj ambalaži. Kao osnova izrade IR sigurnosne grafi ke, primjenjuje se teorija CMYKIR separacije dvostrukih stanja spot bojila. Upotrijebili smo procesna bojila te razvili blizance za V i Z spektar. Spot bojila istog tona u vidljivom spektru imaju svojeg blizanca u IR spektru. Određene su nove postavke, formulacije i recepture za miješanje bojila. Blizanci se podvrgavaju spektralnoj analizi. U vizualnom spektru se želi postići jednakost spektrograma. Kolorimetrijskim mjerenjima utvrđuju se parovi bojila koji su jednake nijanse u vidljivom dijelu spektra. U bliskom IR spektru oni postižu različiti odaziv. U konačnici IR tehnologija je vrhunska zaštita proizvoda bez dodatnog ulaganja. With the introduction of application of IR technology it became possible to incorporate a new design in the visible and particularly in the near IR spectrum specifi cally in the range up to 1000 nm. Flexo technology is specifi c because of its usage of liquid dyes and transparent polymeric materials. Double vision and double information is achieved by this technology. Countless combinations of visible and IR images became possible to achieve. Various experiments were carried out for vital graphics on the packaging. QR code and line code can be printed one over other. Diff erent visible and IR codes are placed on the same spot, and each one is read with visual RGB camera and the Z NIR camera. Each code has its own individualized information. We present both visual and NIR prints/graphics on transparent fl exible packaging. As a basis for an IR security graphics, the theory of separation of double CMYKIR condition spot colors is applied. We used the process dyes and have developed twins for V and Z range. Spot dyes of the same tone in the visible spectrum have its twin in the IR spectrum. New color settings, formulations and recipes for mixing colors are determined. Th e twins are undergoing to spectral analysis. In the visual spectrum the main aim to achieve is equality of spectrogram. By colorimetric measurements, the pairs of dyes, which are of the same shade in the visible part of the spectrum,are determined. In the near-IR spectrum they achieve the diff erent response.
