Sažetak

Sustav za organizaciju i obavještavanje o nastavi, kao i evidencija prisutnosti razvio se nakon pomnog istraživanja ciljane skupine. Na osnovu dobivenih rezultata formirali su se glavni ciljevi sustava koje su ovim projektom u potpunosti realizirani. Takav sustav dijeli se na web servis, pozadinsku podršku, te Android aplikaciju u prvom planu koji sinkronizirano obavljaju rad i međusobno komuniciraju putem baze podataka na udaljenom serveru. Sustav dopušta pristup samo registriranim korisnicima, koji na osnovu jedinstvenih podataka o istom prikazuje sadržaj vezan samo za tog korisnika. Ukoliko je korisnik u ulozi studenta dobiva mogućnost pregleda liste evidencije prisustva za kolegije koje pohađa, kao i njegov vlastiti automatsko generirani raspored sati. Korisnik u ulozi profesora dobiva mogućnost pregleda liste evidencije prisustva svih studenata njegovih kolegija. Osim navedenog sustav ima dodatne funkcionalnosti za multimedijsku razmjenu podataka, ispis novosti te poveznice na najčešće korištene alate poput studomata, webmail servisa i sl.

Abstract

System for the organization and dissemination of teaching has been developed after a careful research of target groups. Based on the results, the main objectives were formed and completely realized. System is divided into a web service, background support and Android application which synchronously perform work and communicate with each other via database on a remote server.On web system, access is allowed only to the registered users and only the data which is related to the user is displayed. If the user is student, he gets the opportunity to review the list of the attendance record for the courses, as well as his own auto-generated timetable. If the user is teaches, then he has the opportunity to review the list of the attendance record for all the students. Th is system provides fast and simple communication between teachers and s tudents. All important informations can be found in one place and they are instantly available to any user at any time. In hope that the system will fi nd its implementation, and thus improve the academic society, this work will continue to develop.
