Sažetak

Primjenom InfraReDesign (IRD) tehnologije na pomorskim kartama osim skrivanja omogućeno je i izdvajanje informacijskog sadržaja na više razina. Višerazinsko izdvajanje informacija je potpuno novi način interpretacije informacija, do sada neprimjenjen u praksi hidrografskih ureda u svijetu.
Uvođenjem novog sustava boja područje za prikaz informacija proširuje se na bliski infracrveni dio spektra. Rasterećenjem informacijskog sadržaja u vidljivom dijelu spektra povećava se vizualna preglednost nautičke karte. Primjenom predloženog modela na pomorskim kartama uvodi se tzv. proširena stvarnost.
Morska područja i granice na moru obuhvaćaju unutarnje morske vode, teritorijalno more, zaštićeni ekološko ribolovni pojas i epikontinentalni pojas RH.
Osim toga područja koja se označavaju mogu biti privremene granice RH na moru, granice traganja i spašavanja kao i npr. granice Lučkih kapetanija.

Proposal of a model for the application of InfraReDesign technology for marking sea areas and sea borders of the Republic of Croatia on nautical charts

Abstract

By applying the InfraReDesign (IRD) technology on nautical charts, in addition to hiding, it is also possible to separate information content on several levels. Multilevel separation of information is a completely new way of interpreting information, so far not applied in the practice of hydrographic offices in the world.
With the introduction of the new color system, the information display area is expanded to the near-infrared part of the spectrum. Reducing the information content in the visible part of the spectrum increases the visibility of the nautical chart. By applying the proposed model on nautical charts, the so-called augmented reality is introduced.
Marine areas and sea borders include internal sea waters, territorial sea, ecological and fisheries protection zone and the continental shelf of the Republic of Croatia.
In addition, the areas to be marked may be, for example, the temporary borders of the Republic of Croatia at sea, the search and rescue boundaries as well as the Port Authorities boundaries.
