Pravi razlozi i povodi za obrazovanjem su stvar pojedinca. Najčešće su posljedica potreba pojedinca. Te su potrebe posljedica različitih okolnosti u kojima pojedinac živi i/ili radi. Proces obrazovanja je, u organizacijskom i operativnom smislu najčešće postavljen institucijski. Institucije su, uobičajeno u nadležnosti države ili resornog ministarstva. Premda ne u potpunosti, ako se uzmu u obzir privatne institucije. Dio koji nije ovisan o vlasniku je plan i program obrazovanja. Plan i program obrazovanja su određeni potrebama učesnika u obrazovanju i ciljevima koji se postave prilikom organizacije i planiranja izvedbe. Operativna izvedba je, uvjetno rečeno, druga etapa obrazovanja. Kako, kada, gdje i s čime će se realizirati nastava ovisit će o mnogo faktora. Povijesno taj je proces oblikovan i modificiran bez posebnih, drastičnih ili radikalnih zaokreta. Naravno da se ideološki okviri trebaju izuzeti. Ipak, neočekivane okolnosti mogu nametnuti specifične okolnosti realizacije obrazovanja. Obrazovanje izravno, premda ne i izrijekom, pretpostavlja puninu zdravstvenih okolnosti. Bolest, a pogotovo pandemija, nametnut će posebne okolnosti za realizaciju obrazovanja. Radom se pokušava pokazati u kojoj je mjeri online nastava imperativ i prevalentni oblik izvedbe obrazovnih procesa, kada, gdje i kako.
e TEACHING: THE NECESSITY OF A HOLISTIC APPROACH Abstract The need for education is unquestionable and necessary. The real reasons and motives for education are determined by the individual. They are most often the result of an individual’s needs. These needs are a consequence of the different circumstances in which the individual lives and / or works. The educational process is, in organizational and operational terms, most often set institutionally. Institutions are usually under the jurisdiction of the state or the line ministry. Although not completely, if private institutions are taken into account. The part that is not dependent on the owner is the education plan and program. The education plan and program are determined by the needs of the participants in education and the goals that are set during the organization and planning of the performance. The paper tries to show the extent to which online teaching is an imperative and prevalent form of performing educational processes, when, where and how.
